Hey!
There's a new layout up as you can see, it's inspired by summer and the duett between Maria and Mira, "Mine All Mine". The picture is taken from when Maria, Mira and other female Norwegian celebs where on the premiere for the Movie "Sex And The City".

I've added some new videos under Media --> Maria Videos. Marked with NEW. There's some more updates on Marias tourlist, under Maria --> Tourlist

My dear friend Anne-Birthe has updated the Maria Gallery. Take a look.

The site also got a new affiliate, the site is about the actress Kelly Ripa better known as Faith in the series Hope & Faith.

Hello.
I know there's been a little while since I've updated, and I'm sorry. There's been lot of Norwegian news lately about Maria concerts and so on. She recently where performing together with Mira Craig, who wrote the ESC song "Hold On Be Strong" on a huge Norwegian concert called VG-Lista Topp 20. It's a tour that comes to the biggest cities in Norway, next concert is in Stavanager at the 25th of June.
Maria and Mira sang "Hold On Be Strong" together, and they sang their new single "Mine All Mine" which is on Marias new album, as a duett between Maria and Mira. The song is fantastic, it's a really great summer song. Go to Media --> Maria Videos. It's marked with NEW.

I'm SOO SORRY for the lack of updates, but my ftp has been down so I couldn't load the site.
There's two new Tour dates on the Tourlist, where there's some good news for the Swedish fans. Maria is appearing on the Swedish famous sing-along show Allsang At Skansen (Allsang På Skansen) in Sweden. So if you're in Sweden July 8th, I recomand you go there. More info under Maria --> Tourlist.

Summer is over us, it's June already. June will be a busy month for Maria, she is touring to several places in Norway, so the tourlist is updated and you'll find it under Maria --> Tourlist.

One new fan is added under Fans --> Maria Supporters today as well.

Two new videos under Media --> Maria Videos. One video is from when she sang "Disco Inferno" on an award show called Gullruten (2007) in Norway. The other video is the commercial that's been on Norwegian televisions for Marias new cd "Hold On Be Strong".

The webiste has got to new brilliant awards. The sites is called Surferosa-Online and Tree Hill Dreams. They're both worth a visit.

Today I've added some more members under Fans --> Maria Supporters. There's been many fans signing up without reading the rules. If you don't see your name on the list, it's because you haven't read the rules. Those who are added, congratulations.

Thanks for all lovely messages in my MariaBox:) I appriciate it very much. Just remember, I'm not Maria and I'm not in her managemend and so, please the Disclaimer, maybe it will help you a bit before you write your messages to Maria.

Hurray!
Okay, I think I'm the last Maria fansite updating after ESC. First of all I have to say Congrats to Russia for winning Eurovision Song Contest 2008. Maria got a respectable 5th place, which is the best place Norway had since 2003 when we got 4th. I'm so proud of Maria and I'd really like to thank all you fans for voting for her. I also want to thank you all for comments on this website. Many of you might think this is Marias official site, but it's not. Marias official site is: www.mariaweb.no. But this site, Maria Fan Club is the only English Maria fansite so far.

When the final where on I was watching with my 2 MariaExpressen "sisters" and a friend at Lill-Kristins house. We where dressed in out Maria t-shirts, had our Maria banners and about 14 or 16 Norwegian flags around the house. We where dancing (trying to learn the Latvian wolf of the sea dance and the Spanish robocob dance) and sat with stars and love in our eyes when the charming boys from Israel and Denmark entered the stage. When Maria came on, we sat down, kept quiet and waving our flags and felt very proud of our contestant. Maria was beautiful and I've never seen her give the song so much energy as in the final. Marias songwriter, Mira Craig deserves one huge thank you once again!!! She is fantastic, also the rest of the crew around Maria these weeks deserves one huge thank you!.

The Eurovision cirkus is bigger than last year for Norway. We're so proud to be in the final this year with the lovley Maria and Mira:).

Today I've added some more new videos under Media --> Maria Videos. I hope you'll enjoy them. One of the videos are from the press conference where they pull their entry numbers from a hat.

There's also more news links under Maria --> Maria In Eurovision Song Contest 2008. I hope there'll be more links under there during the day.

Some new members has joined the Maria Forum and we hope more will join, it's so cool with new members from other countries. If there's more people who wants to join, please do.

Tonight we'll find out who will be joing Maria in the final on Saturday, stay tuned.
